How do I access my TJ Maxx rewards? ›

How do I manage my credit card, pay my bill online, check my balance or view Rewards? The easiest way to manage your card and pay your bill is to log in to your TJX Rewards credit card account at tjxrewards.com. Here, you may also check your statement, update your account, view Rewards and more.

You can check your TJX Credit Card balance either online or through the T.J. Maxx mobile app for Android and iOS. You can also check your balance over the phone at (800) 952-6133.

The TJX Rewards Credit Card Is Only Good on TJX Shopping

Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Sierra and HomeSense. You can use your TJX Rewards Credit Card both in-store and for online purchases at the TJX family of stores, such as tjmaxx.com.

The TJX Rewards® Platinum Mastercard® offers a high in-brand rewards rate whether you're shopping off the rack or on the web: 5 points per $1 spent at stores in the TJX family (T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra Trading Post and Homesense). 1 point per $1 on all other purchases.

The TJX Credit Card phone number for customer service is (877) 890-3150. You can use this number to check your account balance, make a payment, or for other general customer service inquiries. If you want to contact the TJX Store Card's customer service you can call (800) 952-6133, instead.

You can register for an account and be issued a mobile digital card instantly at www.tjxstyleplus.ca. If you prefer a physical card, you can simply ask a sales associate at any WINNERS, HomeSense or Marshalls store (in Canada) for your very own STYLE+ loyalty card.

You can check your TJX Credit Card points balance online or through the mobile app. You can also check your points balance by calling customer service at (877) 890-3150.

Can I pay my TJX card with a debit card? ›

Pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover debit card, with Apple Pay, or with your bank account.

You can access your Rewards within 48 hours of earning by 1) registering at and visiting tjxrewards.com. Once registered, you may also 2) link your accounts through the mobile apps for HomeGoods, T.J. Maxx and Marshalls. To link, log in to your app account and visit the Rewards dashboard.

They expire 24 months after they are earned as well as when you close your account with unused rewards. To prevent TJX Rewards certificates from expiring, you must redeem them on a regular basis and make sure to cash in everything before closing your account.

TJX Passport Rewards expire after 2 years from issue date set forth on the Reward Certificate, as well as when you or TJX closes the account without first redeeming your Passport Rewards.

Digital Rewards Certificates are available within 48 hours of earning through the TJX branded apps, TJX eCommerce sites or tjxrewards.com; the same Certificates will also be included within one to two billing cycles after your net points balance equals or exceeds 1,000 in your Account billing statement.
